Key accountabilities:

- Aims for zero accidents and ensures that safety performance is achieved collectively on the assigned worksite.

Major tasks:

- Implements the HS plan for the worksite in its preparatory phase,
- Ensures compliance with health & safety procedures and standards on worksite, to ensure excellent health and safety performance,
- Checks the effectiveness of the safety training plan and that safety rules are properly applied by everyone involved,
- Manages the team of safety supervisors (if any),
- Performs site safety audits on a daily basis,
- Keeps the safety performance scorecard of the worksite up to date and conducts gap analyses,
- Works closely with the Senior Support Manager Health & Safety and the worksite's safety Coordinator.
